The pluggins take forever to download and crash

No, I’m not computer illiterate, just completely frustrated. The file size for the full package, in safari parlance, was elephantine. When I tried to open to install, the DMG file crashed. Had to download again and I’m growing a grey beard. About to ask for a refund.
