Where are my download links?

Once purchased you should receive an email with your download links as well as your serial numbers for each of the plugins.

How do I install your plugins?

For Mac users: The link in the product page will download our installer - Following the installer you should get all formats (AAX,AU,VST3),

you may need to restart your DAW to see the plugin listed. If they are still missing try re-installing.

For Windows users: After downloading the plugins using the products page you will need to manually move the plugin into their folders.

Most of the time these are the folders:

- VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

We also included an explanation on this in a pdf attached to your .zip If after restarting your DAW, you still don’t see the plugin listed, check your DAW’s plugin folder settings, and be sure that the plug-in is in the proper location for your software.

Are demos avilable for your plugins?

YES! On each of the product pages you can download a fully functioning 14 day demo. After downloading it you can start using it by clicking the purple button stating the amount of days left for your demo :)

Where are my serial numbers?

Once purchased you will receive your serial numbers via email. If you can't find them you can always contact us @ bar@safaripedals.com

The Time Machine is creating noise! How do I turn it off?

By turning the "Noise" knob down on the lower right corner of the plugin

How do I uninstall your plugins from my system

For Mac: Delete these plugin files from your folders: -

VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/ -

AU: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/AU/ -

AAX: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins

For Windows users: Remove the plugins from the same place they were installed. - VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Will my presets reset if I install a new version of the plugin?

Nope! You should be good to go!
