FAQ

You guys are releasing a lot of plugins! I'm afraid to purchase the everything bundle now and lose a good price on the new release

We really appreciate our users, So when ever you purchase the everything bundle you automatically are considered part of the Animal Lovers club which means you get all of the new plugins at the highest discount. This is a PROMISE!

Are there any student discounts?

Well we feel that the animal bundles are already heavily discounted (around %40) so technically we can't offer any additional discount. But if you feel like shooting us an email to talk about it feel free: noam@safaripedals.com
:)

Are there demos available for your plugins?

YES! On each of the product pages you can download a fully functioning 14 day demo. After downloading and installing it you can start using it by clicking the purple button stating the amount of days left for your demo :)

Where are my serial numbers?

Once purchased you will recive your serial numbers to your email. If you can't find them you can allways contact us @ noam@safaripedals.com

The time machine is creating noise! How do I turn it off?

By turning the "Noise" knob down on the lower right corner of the plugin

Why is my serial number not working??

Make sure that you do the following:

- Make sure when you are pasting the code you are not adding any space bars after the last letterThis is a common issue I have with some users.

For some reason it copies a space bar when copying from the serial email.

- If it still doesn't work please try and entering the code manually-

Make sure you click the "enter" button one entering the serial number

How do I install your plugins?

For Mac users: The link in the product page will download our installer - Following the installer you should get all formats (AAX,AU,VST3), you may need to restart your DAW to see the plugin listed. If they are still missing try re-installing.

For Windows users: After downloading the plugins using the products page you will need to manually move the plugin into their folders. Most of the time these are the folders: - VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 We also included an explanation on this in a pdf attached to your .zip If after restarting your DAW, you still don’t see the plugin listed, check your DAW’s plugin folder settings, and be sure that the plug-in is in the proper location for your software.

Why did I get a scary warning when clicking on the Mac installer?

Ok so the macOS installer packages are certified and signed with an Apple Developer ID, but some versions of macOS can still cause this pop-up message. Try closing the installer and reopening it by right clicking on it and selecting “Open”. This should bypass Apple's error message and allow you to run the installer.

How do I uninstall your plugins from my computer?

For Mac: Delete these plugin files from your folders: - VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/ - AU: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/AU/ - AAX: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins

For Windows users: Remove the plugins from the same place they were installed. - VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
